This policy explains what information Forge Media collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, book a call, reply to an ad form, or email or text us, you may share:
- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number
- Details about your business, such as your trade, website or social media profile, years in business, typical job value, how you get leads today, what you need help with, and your service area
- Your plans and preferences, such as when you want to start, your monthly marketing budget, whether you make purchasing decisions for your business, the biggest problem you want solved, and the best time to reach you
- Anything else you choose to include in a message
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services that run it may receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule calls
- To understand whether we're a good fit and decide which requests to follow up on first. We may rate requests internally based on your answers, such as your timeline and budget.

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box agreeing to receive texts, Forge Media may text you at the number you provided about your request, scheduling, and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. To make a request, email isaiah@tryforgemedia.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, app, or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
